If you want an exceptional massage experience where you leave feeling like you’ve received exactly what you need, choose my Signature Session Massage. It gives you access to all the modalities I practice, including lymph drainage, sound healing, cupping, and more, which I’ll intuitively weave into your massage based on your needs for that day.
With my Signature Session, all you have to do is show up, and I’ll help with the rest. Using my intuition and depth of experience, and any requests from you, I’ll craft your experience to give you exactly what your mind, body and spirit need on the day you arrive. 1-on-1 Breathwork Session
Embark on a journey of healing with a personalized, 1-on-1 breathwork session. With expert guidance, you’ll practice a gentle circular breathwork technique to activate the sympathetic nervous system, or the “rest & digest” state, to allow relaxation and healing.

Allow 2 full hours to include 30 min intake & 30 min reflection
1-on-1 Sound Healing Session
Sound healing is a powerful modality that uses sound and vibration to facilitate healing and relaxation. While you relax comfortably on the massage table, I’ll use Himalayan singing bowls and tuning forks to enhance your wellbeing.

Chair Massage
Experience a restorative chair massage designed to target the areas where tension and blockages often manifest: the neck, shoulders, back, arms, hands, and head. Using gentle or deep compression, kneading, and sound, I’ll help release knots and stagnant energy.

What to expect at your session
My goal is for you to feel comfortable, relaxed, heard & cared for from the moment you arrive at the Reverie studio.
You’ll find the space inviting and welcoming, with low lighting and a relaxing atmosphere. We’ll sit down together and have a conversation about your physical and emotional needs, and then I’ll leave the room while you settle onto the massage table. (You’ll stay fully clothed for breathwork, sound healing and chair massage.)
The massage table is wonderfully cozy and comfortable, with memory foam, soft sheets and table warmer. Pregnancy massage cushions for face-down or side lying prenatal massage are available.
